Hot players only please. Or at least warm ones

There were six games postponed today. That included the game Shohei Ohtani was going to win for me against the Royals, and the Detroit double header in New York.

These games had been clinchers for me. Now, I felt cheated by Mother Nature, who I’d previously got along with fine. I usually like the rain. And snow. Today she threw that faith back in my face.

I needed someone to blame for this. So I began to question the mental and physical fortitude of the teams involved.

So what if the weather in New York was something like 26 degrees (minus 3 Celsius).

I did come to my senses. But I wanted it known I could have won my first head-to-head match in Fantasy Baseball, had Ohtani won and Nicholas Castellanos got a hit from a cancelled double header.

There is only one obvious solution, a Fantasy Baseball strategy I’ve never seen written about before, which means I’m claiming it as my own.

It’s simple really.

Only draft players, trade for players, and pick up Free Agents who play indoors.

Under no circumstances consider players who play anywhere north of Sun Trust Park until June.
